Girodisc two-piece rotors replace the factory one-piece casting with a CNC-machined aluminium hat and a floating iron ring. The ring is free to expand as it heats, so the rotor does not cone or warp the way a fixed disc does, and pedal feel stays consistent lap after lap. Unsprung and rotational mass both drop, which the car feels everywhere — turn-in, braking distance and ride quality.
