At EuroSpec, we stand behind every part we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day return policy gives you peace of mind.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unfitted
- In its original packaging with all included hardware and documentation
- Free from any damage, scratches, scuffs, heat marks, or modification
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged in transit due to inadequate repackaging, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted for refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@eurospecau.com with your order number and the reason for return
- We’ll respond within one business day with return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back using a tracked service (we strongly recommend insurance)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product fault, our error, or a defect covered by Australian Consumer Law. If the return is approved as a fault on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping cost or arrange pickup.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault not caused by normal wear or installation error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
