Aluminium charge pipe for the Gen 1 BMW B58 (F series and 2017–2019 G series). The factory plastic charge pipe is a known weak point that can crack even at stock boost — this replaces it with a permanent metal upgrade that keeps the OEM+ look.
Why it’s built this way
- Mandrel-bent T6061 aluminium, TIG-welded — strong and smooth-flowing at stock or raised boost.
- CNC-machined billet flanges at the throttle body, intercooler and vacuum ports — a precise, leak-free fit.
- Throttle-body matched piping.
- Plugged 1/8″ NPT bung — ready for a boost reference, water/meth injection or boost-leak testing.
