A blow off valve vents charge pressure when the throttle closes, so the compressor is not slammed by its own boost. Turbosmart’s billet valves seal harder than a factory plastic diverter, hold boost without creeping, and come in plumb-back (quiet, recirculated) or dual-port and vent-to-atmosphere form depending on how loud you want it.
