Overview

Every gasket, seal and fastener you need to pull and refit the turbo on a Gen 1 BMW B58, in one box. The factory calls for a new manifold gasket, downpipe gasket, O-rings and nuts whenever the turbo comes off. Reusing crushed gaskets and fatigued nuts is how exhaust ticks and oil weeps start after a turbo job.
In the box
- 1 × turbo exhaust manifold gasket: embossed steel, OE pattern (replaces BMW 11 65 7 643 149)
- 1 × turbo-to-downpipe gasket (replaces BMW 18 32 8 612 538)
- 2 × oil feed line O-rings, 11 × 1.78 mm
- 2 × oil return line O-rings, 15 × 1.78 mm
- 3 × coolant line O-rings, 12 × 1.5 mm
- 7 × M7 × 27 exhaust bolts
- 7 × M7 copper-plated flange nuts with spring washers

- Fitting a hybrid or upgraded turbo, including our B58 Spec 7XX / 8XX hybrid turbo
- Replacing a failed factory turbo

- Gen 1 only. Does not fit the Gen 2 B58 (B58TU, from late 2018): G20 M340i, G22 M440i, G42 M240i, 2019+ F22 M240i, G05 X5 40i, G29 Z4 M40i or A90 Supra.
