By using eurospecau.com or placing an order with EuroSpec, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About EuroSpec

EuroSpec is a BMW performance parts retailer based on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. All references to “we”, “us”, “our” refer to EuroSpec.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order is the price you pay
We accept payment via WooPayments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and any other methods displayed at checkout
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email

3. Product Fitment

We provide fitment information on every product page based on manufacturer specifications. It is your responsibility to confirm the part is correct for your specific vehicle (chassis code, engine code, year of manufacture, transmission, and any factory options such as OPF/GPF).

If you are unsure, contact us at info@eurospecau.com before ordering. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect fitment if the part matches the listed compatibility.

4. Off-Road Use Only

Many of our performance products (including catless downpipes, high-flow exhaust components, and tuning-related parts) are sold for off-road and motorsport use only. They may not be road-legal in all Australian states and territories.

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle modification, emissions, and road registration. EuroSpec accepts no liability for any fine, defect notice, deregistration, or other consequence arising from on-road use of off-road products.

5. Warranty

Specific warranties (such as our lifetime warranty on charge pipes) are noted on individual product pages and apply to the original purchaser only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Improper installation
Use with incompatible parts or excessive boost beyond product specification
Crash damage, fire, or impact
Modification of the product
Normal wear and tear (e.g. surface discolouration of stainless components from heat)

6. Installation

We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified workshop. EuroSpec is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, the product, or third-party property caused by improper installation, whether DIY or by a third-party installer.

7. Vehicle Warranty Impact

Installing aftermarket parts may affect your BMW factory warranty. It is your responsibility to understand the warranty implications before installing any product purchased from us.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on eurospecau.com — including photography, copy, logos, and design — is the property of EuroSpec unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EuroSpec’s liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website is the current version and applies to all orders placed from that date forward.
