Shipping Policy

EuroSpec ships Australia-wide from the Gold Coast, QLD. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. International shipping is not offered at this time — contact us if you have a specific request.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination for orders under $250
Bulky items (full aero kits, multi-piece bundles) may incur additional freight — this will be shown at checkout before payment

Processing Time

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
Pre-order or back-order items will show an estimated dispatch date on the product page
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

QLD metro: 1–3 business days
NSW, VIC, ACT, SA: 2–5 business days
WA, NT, TAS: 4–8 business days
Regional and remote areas may take longer

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or peak periods are outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email info@eurospecau.com.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

All orders are shipped with carrier insurance. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at info@eurospecau.com within 7 days with your order number and (for damage) clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check your address at checkout. We’re not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address you’ve provided. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we may be able to update the address if the order hasn’t dispatched yet.

Local Pickup

Gold Coast local pickup may be available by arrangement. Contact us before checkout if you’d like to arrange this.
