The machined slotted ring at the compressor inducer amplifies the sound the factory turbo already make, so you get a louder turbo note. It’s a sound upgrade only: it doesn’t add power, and it doesn’t add a flutter or blow-off sound.
Do I need a tune?
No. Boost targets don’t change, so your existing tune carries over.
