BMW E36 Front Cup Holder V6

The E36 never got a front cup holder worth using. Rendition’s V6 is their most popular E36 interior part — they have sold more than 2,500 worldwide — and it has been refined through six versions of real owner feedback. It holds everything from a takeaway coffee to a larger bottle while keeping the original console proportions, so it looks like part of the car rather than an aftermarket add-on.

It is built from 3D-scanned data of the E36 centre console for a precise fit, mounts at the factory location and secures with the original ashtray screw. No cutting, no drilling, no permanent changes — fully reversible.

Designed and manufactured by Rendition Design & Manufacturing in Taiwan. EuroSpec holds Australian stock on the Gold Coast.

Options

• MAX — No Emblem (Rendition part E36-FC-MAX-NE): twin cup holders plus a storage compartment with a removable partition. The partition holds a large modern phone (in a case) with a dedicated space for a lighter; lift it out for open storage.
• XL Cup Adaptor (add-on only) (Rendition part E36-FC-XL-NE): not a cup holder on its own. It drops into a Rendition E36 cup holder (V3 or newer) without tools and takes containers up to 90 mm in diameter — larger insulated tumblers and 1 L bottles. Fit varies by container, so check the diameter of yours before ordering.

What changed in V6 (January 2026)

• Thicker walls on all sides for more rigidity
• More secure XL Cup Adaptor retention, so it can’t be knocked loose
• Larger phone partition, plus space for a lighter
• Front and back halves now screw together, so the part can be repaired
